PROPERTY OPERATIONS AND ASSET MANAGEMENT

Asset Management focuses on annual and monthly client reporting to clients, investors, and tax credit compliance authorities, Initial and Annual Income Certifications, NYC HPD, HUD and Private Investor Reporting requirements. Asset Management also provides detailed property analysis including Capital Needs Assessments, Financial Analysis and Budgeting.
